Andrea is the Delivery Partner Lead for the Milton Keynes ECF Partnership. Her background is in Secondary Maths teaching and she was Headteacher at Denbigh School until September 2024. She has a lot of experience in mentoring and coaching of new and experienced teachers and developing teaching and learning across a school.  

Alicja Blachut

Alicja supports Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Mentors, Facilitators, and Induction Tutors with all aspects of the ECT programme, including UCL access, cluster sessions, and invoicing.

Liz is the Secondary Partnership Lead for the Milton Keynes ECF Partnership and is currently teaching at St Paul’s Catholic School in Milton Keynes.  

Vicky is our Primary Deliver Partner Lead for the Milton Keynes ECF Partnership. She currently works for Primary Education Partnership Milton Keynes (PEPmk).
